It’s about high time cities across America start implementing mandatory spay/neuter ordinances. Our city shelter has taken in 45 animals since Monday, an astronomical increase since COVID. It’s beyond time. The writing is on the wall. The animal overpopulation problem is only going to grow astronomically if something isn’t done.
